What could be better than practising Ballet in a beautiful serene studio! Our aim is to provide a relaxed, non-intimidating experience so you enjoy yourself and learn with ease.
Practising ballet can potentially improve body control, posture, muscles strength as well as body and mind well being. The classes consist of barre exercises/warm up, coordination exercises and small choreography utilising the space.
Our resident teacher, Sophia, has been practising ballet all her life and has a great passion for sharing her skills and knowledge.
