What could be better than practising Ballet in a beautiful serene studio! Our aim is to provide a relaxed, non-intimidating experience so you enjoy yourself and learn with ease.
Practising ballet can potentially improve body control, posture, muscles strength as well as body and mind well being. The classes consist of barre exercises/warm up, coordination exercises and small choreography utilising the space.
Our resident teachers, Sophia and Jonathan, has been practising ballet all their lives and have a great passion for sharing their skills and knowledge.
