The benefits of Pilates are now well established. By focussing on the form and function of your body we develop a nicely aligned, toned body. The key difference is that our teachers are highly experienced studio teachers, with a deep understanding of pilates, movement and biomechanics. The result – top tuition and an enjoyable workout!
The classes are currently being taught by studio owner, Suneeta. She qualified in the 90’s and brings all those years of experience to the mat! Her classes are precise but challenging, with a focus on core strength and stability.
Numbers will be limited to a maximum of 12 to ensure interesting, instructive and engaging classes.
