It’s important at a time when children are more exposed to seated/ inactive lifestyles that they have regular physical activity. Our classes aim to do this by providing a super-safe environment where children can exercise and have fun too!
Barre for children can be particularly beneficial because of the focus on alignment, posture and balance, as well as the fact it’s a great body strengthening programme. It’s more dynamic than pilates but retains many of the pilates fundamentals.
