It’s so important that our children exercise regularly. With the combined problems of technology making our children less mobile, educational pressures ever increasing and school bags getting heavier it really is vital that our children do more exercise. One of the best ways to do so is through movement and dance. You get the benefit of working the body but also of relieving the stress of daily life.
