Each Zumba class is designed to bring people together and sweat it on! By mixing low and high intensity moves for an interval style, calorie burning dance fitness party! It’s also muscle conditioning and it helps balance and flexibility.
Our classes are the Latin and Caribbean style – incorporating Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Soca, Samba and Bachata.
Our teacher, Lucia, has many years of teaching Zumba. Her classes, like her, are full of energy and the joy of life.
