1st Sunday of the Month – Ballet Basic Workshops
What could be better than practising Ballet in a beautiful serene studio! Our aim is to provide a relaxed, non-intimidating experience so you enjoy yourself and learn with ease.
Practising ballet can potentially improve body control, posture, muscles strength as well as body and mind well being. The classes consist of barre exercises/warm up, coordination exercises and small choreography utilising the space.
Our Ballet Basic Workshop is aimed at beginners or those returning to Ballet, who want to learn terminology and basic concepts.
Our resident teacher, Simone, has been practising ballet all his life and has a great passion for sharing his skills and knowledge.
