Reformer FLOW is a dynamic version of machine-based pilates. All the work is done on the large Pilates beds. Our aim in the class is to be as true to the fundamentals of pilates as possible – flowing movements, focussing on breathing and connecting core abdominals so that you get a routine that is both strengthening and lengthening. It involves a wide variety of exercises which you practise for between 30-60 seconds each.
It’s a tough workout. But really rewarding. You’ll be amazed how quickly the time passes….
The key advantage of our classes is that our teachers are highly experienced pilates studio teachers, with a deep understanding of pilates, movement and biomechanics. The result – top tuition and an enjoyable workout! Also numbers are limited to ensure interesting, instructive and engaging classes.
