Based on Pilates principles and TRX suspension systems we are bringing to the studio something new and exciting – a unique, dynamic gravity system for a full body workout to challenge every muscle in your body.

This a demanding body conditioning workout that works you at several levels – your muscles, your alignment, your balance and your spacial awareness.

It’s a fantastic and effective way to tone and sculpt your body.
